I do not remember facing much opposition in my life outside of the times I was trying to do something good.
It has always been so easy for me to make the wrong decisions and to chase the wrong things, searching for fulfillment and satisfaction. When I pursue good things in my life, I always face adversity, but I find fulfillment and become blessed. The best things in my life have never come quickly or easily.
The adversity you face today is a reminder that you have a purpose in this world. When we face more times of darkness, the answer will always be to bring more light.

Workout 3: Speed & Agility – Explosive Athlete Training
Please warm up appropriately before starting your training session.
Focus: Increase speed and coordination for peak performance.
- Sled Push – 20 yards
- Box Jumps – 5 reps
- Lateral Bounds – 10 reps/side
- Sprint Intervals – 15 seconds on, 60 seconds off
Rest 3-5 mins and repeat 3-6 times.
