Standards


We are exactly who we agree to be.

I used to ask myself why I was the way I am. Only to later realize that I was exactly who I chose to be.

 

The people around me, were in my life because I let them into my life. My unhealthy habits were running my life because I had not practiced any sort of self discipline with my own behavior.

 

I did the stuff I did, because I didn’t have a STANDARD.

 

The people in my life were losers because I didn’t have a STANDARD.

 

My work sucked half the time because I didn’t set a STANDARD.

 

Don’t allow yourself to live like a mediocre lame.  You must associate with the good ones, bring the best out of your peers, and help them level up. You must also have the cojones to make the others leave.

 

Set the standard.

Set boundaries.

Lift others up.

WORKOUT OF THE WEEK

Quad Destruction

As always warm up properly before starting your training session and please consult a physician before starting a new exercise regimen.

  1. Barbell Box Squats - 10 sets x 10 reps @ 50-70% rest 2-3 mins between sets

  2. Walking Lunges - 3 sets x 15 reps. 1-2 min rest

  3. Sissy Squats- 2 sets x 12 reps. Rest 1-2 mins between sets

  4. Hanging Leg Raises 3x15 reps @ body weight  60 sec rests.
