Give yourself a chance to win.


What do you normally see when you look at a champion in the arena? You see someone who has prepared well. You typically see someone who has an impressive physique, and a commanding presence.


When you look into the eyes of a champion, you will see confidence that can only come from experience and victory.


We will never see victory unless we give ourselves a chance to win or lose, succeed or fail. I have to put myself out there in the mix, if I want to gain experience. I have to take risks, if I ever want to win or lose. I have to play the game. If I want to experience victory, I must prepare to win.


Do the work and prepare for success. Put yourself out there and seek the experiences you need to be successful. Take risks. Give yourself a chance to win!

WORKOUT OF THE WEEK

Leg Day

As always warm up properly before starting your training session and please consult a physician before starting a new exercise regimen.

A1. Goblet Squats - 3 sets x 12 reps

A2. Kettle Bell Swings 3 sets x 12 reps


B1. Barbell Deadlifts 3 sets x 6 reps

B2. Walking Lunges 3 sets x 10 reps each leg


C3. Pistol Squats 2 sets x 10 reps each leg

C4. Glute Bridges 2 sets x 15 reps at body weight

Rest 2-3 mins in between supersets
