The other day, my sponsor reminded me of something his sponsor showed him about gratitude: I am as grateful as my behavior shows.
I am thankful for so many things, but am I really? If I truly appreciate something in my life, it should show in the way I live and the things I do.
We all have a bandwidth and limited time here on earth, so that doesn’t mean you need to text all of your friends, every day. However, there should be evidence of our gratitude.
As I reflect on my life today, I want to keep a grateful heart and be sure that my behaviors reflect the same level of gratitude.

- Barbell Squats – 4 sets of 6 reps
- Deadlifts – 4 sets of 6 reps
- Barbell Rows – 4 sets of 8 reps
- Incline Bench Press – 4 sets of 8 reps
- Hanging Knee Raises – 3 sets of 12 reps
