UNCHANGING

The reason I talk about principles, beliefs, habits, God, the twelve steps, working out, and anything else is because those things are unchanging. I am not.

People change, and people fail. We get sad, and we fall short in some of our attempts at success. Personal experiences can influence a change in our perspective of life as we know it, for better or worse. In times of weakness or doubt, we need the things that are unchanging.

My opinions hold value because of my eccentric past experiences and my accomplishments thereafter. I must remember that I found success by adhering to principles and from God moving in my life. My success is the result of obedience.

True leadership is found in my adherence to God’s plan, always reminding others that I am only who I am with God at the center of my life.

Workout: Stress-Relief Lower Body Power

Focus: Strengthen your foundation and release tension in the lower body.

  • Squats – 4 sets of 8 reps
  • Bulgarian Split Squats – 3 sets of 10-12 reps per leg
  • Deadlifts – 3 sets of 6 reps
  • Glute Bridges – 3 sets of 15 reps
  • Calf Raises – 4 sets of 12 reps
