Add value, stay grateful, and remain hopeful.
I try to simplify things as often as I can. Without making life complicated, I want to help people improve their experience, their day, their life…so I remind myself to look for ways to add value when appropriate or possible.
I talk about gratitude all the time, because a grateful heart will not be selfish. A grateful heart is kind and helpful. A grateful heart can be joyful. That’s what I want.
Hope is a lifeline. The only thing that kept me going on some days, was the idea that I might be able to do more one day in the future. The thought that maybe I could turn out ok, if I just applied myself; this was a result of hope. Most importantly, I only had hope because a few people believed in me. Hope from other people was the hope I needed.
Keep it simple. Add value, stay grateful, and remain hopeful.
Have a great week,
Neal
